Susie Cole manager Casa Village has agreed to drop the charges against Tammy Hoth!
Cole & Hoth have already signed the paperwork to have the charges dropped. One stipulation in there agreement to drop the charges is that Tammy Hoth not enter Casa Village for one year. According to the email we received, Susie Cole will no longer be in Billings Montana at the end of that year. Tammy Hoth continues to meet with residents of Casa Village outside of the property, so this concession should not impact her ability to organize and inform that community.

Tammy plead not guilty yesterday morning. Her trial is set for Tuesday, February 5th, at 2pm.

MHPP staff continue to work with Fannie Mae Corporation and two local banks on the $10MM Fannie Mae demonstration for financing homes in NH cooperatives – the only manufactured housing communities in the country that will be eligible for government-sponsored, enterprise-supported, conventional residential mortgage loan products. Current plans call for the pilot program to be rolled out in the upcoming fiscal year.
