I'm sorry this is off topic but it's not obvious to me how one submits a new question on this site.
I would like to submit this question to the Legal Corner...
The park rules for the mobile home park I've lived in for the past 28 years state that no dogs are allowed. There are however, at least two (and perhaps a few more) newer residents that have dogs despite the rules. The pouches are rarely seen or heard and bother no one that I am aware of - but here's the rub...
The 50 lot park is for sale and a co-op was organized with the help of the NH Community Loan Fund. If and when the co-op buys the park, our park rules committee will take up the question of dogs. Is it lawful to restrict the number and/or size of dogs or restrict dogs altogether from the park? Also, if these dog owners have written permission from the current park owner to keep a dog, do they have a leg to stand on legally to keep their dogs if the new park rules restrict the animals?

A co-op has opened an account in which it puts between $3 and $5K per month and is attempting to get it up to $189K representing $1K per household which is the co-op membership fee for our park. It then plans to annually return the interest to members unequally based on how long the members have lived in hte park. I thought membership fees were to be used for operating income; as is park fees in a cooperative. If there is this much excess monies to be put away each month, shouldn't the rent be reduced. If not, shouldn't the distribution be divided evenly among co-op members regardless of how long they have lived inthe park?
